File extension 8xp information

Texas Instruments uses the 8XP extension on files that are meant to run on their calculators. Upon buying a programmable graphical calculator of the TI 83 Plus model or some other type by Texas Instruments, one can download the written program with the .8XP extension from a PC to using the TI Graph Link Plus. Some programs that can retrieve the source code of any Texas instrument and render the .8XP files into human-readable format have been developed. This makes them both users friendly and easily readable.
One can also use a linking program like TiLP from Texas Instruments. TiLP is able to run on a number of platforms from Windows and machines running UNIX, to Mac computers. The software can handle a wide range of calculators from T173 to V200 calculators. By use of a link cable one can access all the functions of the program. The user-friendly interface of the program makes customization and transfers of 8XP files easy and quick, thus reducing the risk of introducing errors to the software and hardware components.
